Ingredients
Cracker Base
- 30 Club Crackers
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Chocolate Drizzle
- 1 cup white chocolate candy melts (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Arrange Crackers: Lay the 30 club crackers in rows on the parchment paper, placing them side by side for an even surface.
- Apply Butter and Cinnamon Sugar: Drizzle the melted unsalted butter evenly over the crackers. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together, then sprinkle this cinnamon sugar mixture generously over the buttered crackers to coat them well.
- Bake Crackers: Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. This allows the cinnamon sugar to set and the crackers to become slightly toasted and flavorful.
- Cool Crackers: Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Drizzle White Chocolate: Place the melted white chocolate candy melts into a ziplock bag, snip a small corner to create a piping tip, and drizzle the white chocolate in thin streams over the cooled crackers.
- Set and Serve: Allow the white chocolate to set at room temperature before serving. Enjoy these sweet churro-inspired crackers as a delightful snack or party treat.
Notes
- Ensure the white chocolate is completely melted and smooth for easy drizzling.
- If you prefer a stronger cinnamon flavor, you can increase the ground cinnamon by 1 teaspoon.
- Serve the crackers at room temperature to maintain the crispiness and chocolate texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep crackers crisp for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute candy melts with high-quality white chocolate bars for a richer taste.
